Transfers are from the merchant wallet in exchange for cash from the sender.

A setting in CMS > Configuration Management determines which ID types are appropriate for retrieving publicly via Merchant App.]

Steps

1. From the home screen, go to the online services screen.

2. Select Transfer Money.

3. Enter the Sender number and Sender name.

4. Select a Type of ID that the sender wants to provide and enter the details requested for that type.

Note:

• If the sender has a registered e-money account, Merchant App automatically populates their name and ID.
• Prompting for the sender's ID is configurable.

5. Select Next.

6. Enter the recipient's phone number, name, and the transfer amount, and select Next.

7. Review the transaction and select VERIFY TRANSACTION.

8. Authorise the transaction with your PIN.

The funds are transferred from the merchant wallet to the recipient wallet.
