Merchant App users can process wallet cash-in (deposit) and cash-out (withdrawal) transactions for customers.

Cash-in to wallet

1. From the home screen, go to the online services screen.

2. Select Cash In.

3. Enter a cash-in amount.

4. Authorise the transaction with your PIN.

5. Transfer the amount from your wallet into the consumer wallet by QR code or manual number entry. Select SCAN to accept via the consumer QR code.

6. Scan the consumer QR code.

The funds are transferred from the merchant wallet into the consumer wallet.
