This lesson shows you how to create a new product to save to your inventory. If Merchant App is integrated to a database of SKUs, these products display in the CATALOG tab. Users can add products straight to their inventory from the catalogue.]

Steps

1. From the home screen, go to MY SHOP.

2. Select the option to add products.

3. Select the + button.

4. Scan the barcode with your device camera (or dedicated barcode scanner, if present).

If the product doesn't have a barcode, select the option to enter all the details manually.

5. Select the camera button.

6. Select Camera to take a photo of the product using your device camera.

Alternatively, you can select Photos and choose an image that's saved on your device.

7. Take a photo of the product.

8. Enter a product name, select a product category, and enter the sale price.

9. Select the option to save the product.

Merchant views the saved product alongside the other products in the MY PRODUCTS tab.
