Steps

1. From the home screen, go to the online services screen.

2. Select Add user.

2. Enter the customer's phone number.

3. Enter the one-time PIN sent to the customer's mobile via SMS.

4. Enter the customer’s basic personal details.

5. Enter the customer’s address.

6. Enter the customer’s answers to two security questions.

7. Select and capture the customer's identificiation details.

8. Check over the details with 9. the customer and SUBMIT.

The system creates an account for the customer. It also sends them a temporary PIN via SMS which they can use on first login.
